Dr. Wadley was a consultant and team leader for the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning Process in 2006. He has previously worked as a Delegate with the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; with Australian law firm Minter Ellison in Perth; with International Alert and the World Council of Churches in Geneva; and with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He holds advanced degrees in negotiation and international law from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, the Graduate Institute of International Studies, and Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley, and is an accredited mediator. He is an accomplished trainer and coach, and has delivered semester length and intensive training courses to graduate students and professionals at Harvard Law School, the University of California Berkeley, and various corporations and law firms.
